Returns Policy

You may return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid. Usually, it takes up to 15 days for your returned item(s) to reach us in the US once you return it. However, due to capacity constraints caused by COVID-19, it is likely to take 6-8 weeks for your item to reach us and be processed.

We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All parts are inspected for signs of installation upon our receipt of them. Please Note: Parts that have physical evidence of being installed and/or do NOT have original packaging, may receive 70% refund at our discretion.

After the carrier receives your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the carrier delivers the item to our warehouse. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the selected payment method.

Most parts are covered for 30 days from original purchase date. If the part fail within that period, simply contact us and provide us with the following information, we will be happy to replace the defective item:
